Single Page Monster PDF Form

Hello fellow gammer.
This is a simple PDF file for storing your monsters with.

I made this in mind of the first and second editions of the world's most famous fantasy game.

NOTE: TO USE THE FULL FORM ABILITIES YOU NEED EITHER FULL ACROBAT OR ONE OF THE FREE PDF SYSTEMS THAT HANDLE FORMS.

The idea here is that you type into the form your chosen monster data.
Once you type in your monster's data then you can click the image box and you will get a simple file explorer to search for the image file you wish to put into the box. Note this is an auto center and auto scale image so if your choice is too big the image may be too small to get the details.

Once you have made your monster you can either print it to hardcopy or SAVEAS a jpg image, or other file type.

NOTE if you save it as a PDF I STRONGLY suggest you change the file name to that of your
monster or to a storage paradigm of your liking. (Animal - Magic Beast - Chimera - base monster.pdf) or something on that line.

This is a simple pdf form for supporting pen&paper DMs. There will be spells and gear support in the future.
